A compelling character-driven approach to telling stories about the environment

AFTER95’s flagship feature length film has blossomed from an idea to an entire platform dedicated to uplifting Marshallese voices through music, poetry and film. Through the local youth’s artistic expression, the stories of climate change and nuclear weapons testing in the Marshall Islands continues to reach new audiences around the world. Since our start in 2019, the Voices Rising project has created award-winning short films, and produced original music with local Marshallese artists all while building an engaged following across the internet.
